For pastry aficionados, the name Jess Chiam almost needs no introduction.
Named Pastry Chef of the Year in Malaysia and 2nd in the World in the prestigious Mondial des Arts Sucrés in Paris not once, but twice for each honour, the Master Pastry Chef also led the Champion Team to victory in Singapore’s Asian Pastry Cup 2014. After winning numerous awards and accolades, he was invited to be the honourable judge of world-class pastry competitions, such as the Coupe Du Monde de la Patisserie in Lyon and Mondial des Arts Sucrés in Paris. With more than 16 years of working experience as Executive Pastry Chef in renowned hotels and six years of experience teaching the art of patisserie, Chef Jess Chiam is well-known for his French creations- Chocolate Showpieces, Petit Gateau, Praline and Designer Cakes.
